Reservation Policy
Off Shore Hotel is an advance deposit resort. All hotel reservations require the first night’s deposit to be made at the time of booking. Campsite and Villa reservations require the full payment at booking to reserve. Any remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason anytime between making the reservation and 72 hours prior to 3:00pm on the date of arrival, there will be a $30 processing fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival the entire deposit will be forfeited. Campsite and Villa Reservations are non-refundable. You may however, move your stay to another date in the same calendar year.
