Off Shore Resort features 30 overnight sites with riverfront and non-riverfront options. Each site overlooks the Mississippi River, includes water, sewer, 30 and 50 AMP electric service, a concrete pad, patio area, picnic table, and fire pit.
Our brand new Aqua Park is a floating inflatable waterpark. You may purchase a 1-hour session for $10 per person!

For safety reasons users must be a minimum of 7-years old and 48″ tall. Those 7-10 years old must be accompanied by a 16+ year old on the aqua park. Also, anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by and have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
All users of all ages will be required to sign a waiver – and parents must sign for their children under 18 years of age.

All users of the floating inflatable park regardless of ability will be required to wear a life jacket. Sizes Youth Small and Adult S-XXL are available onsite, but it is first-come, first-serve.
Carry-ins are not allowed. We offer a full snack bar and tiki bar!
Yes, we will close if there is lightning, heavy rains or unusually cold temperatures.
No, we do not allow pets in pool area, on the beach or the Aqua Park.
Smoking is not allowed in the Aqua Park. Smoking is allowed at individual campsites only – not on any of the common areas of the property or hotel.
Sales of all activity passes are final, and no refunds or rain checks will be issued. Also, wristbands are not transferable.
